Participating teams will arrive at the Accreditation Centre. Even the teams arriving by buses should go there first not to the regatta course. After having paid their dues the team leaders may collect the necessary vouchers to occupy the teams' accommodation.

This is also the point where you will have to pay the transfer and boat rental fee as well.

You will not be accredited unless you have paid all your dues.

All participants of the competition must be accredited. No access is possible to the course without the accreditation card.

Only the team leaders need to proceed to the desk with the list of names on their team, while team members - if ID photos have not been sent earlier to the Organising

Committee - will have to line up for their photographs to be taken and their accreditation cards printed. In case ID photos have been submitted to the organizers in advance, the team leader can pick up their preprinted cards.

Each team will receive one parking pass (sticker), irrespective to the number of people on the team, which is valid for the parking lot in the course area where you are allowed to park with a maximum 9-seated minibus.

Before leaving the accreditation centre team leaders will be asked to give their and their team's headcoach's cell phone number so they can be reached anytime during the competition and will also be asked to sign the travel info form with the official departure time of their team.

Acceptable methods of payment: cash (Euro), credit card (Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard)

Exchange: at the MKB branch at the accreditation centre.
