Welcome to the 35th ICF Flatwater Racing World Championships Seniors in Szeged.
After numerous international kayak-canoe competitions we welcome the best senior competitors from around the world again at the National Olympic Watersports Centre.
It is a great recognition and honour for the City of Szeged and for the Hungarian Canoe Federation as well to welcome members of the canoeing family here.
We are pleased to inform you that more than 80 countries from six continents have accepted our invitations and sent their entries to the Championships.
We sincerely hope that you will be satisfied with the performance of the Organising Committee, with the hospitality and the competitions as well.
You probably know the facilities at the regatta course quite well but we will try to deepen that knowledge for the competition with this brochure.
The up-to-date information on the following pages will hopefully assist you during your stay.
