Bishop

He completed his secondary school studies at the Reformed College of Debrecen and studied theology in Budapest and Chicago. He received a magister degree (MATS) in 1983 and a PhD in 1994. He is university professor and head of the regular theology department of the Academy of Reformed Theology in Pápa. He is on the editorial boards of a number of journals, the Professional Board of Trustees of the Károli Gáspár award and of the Supervisory Board of the 20th Century Institute (House of Terror Museum). He became a bishop in February 2003. He is married with three children.
